In a peaceful town in Canada, a violent home invasion takes place in the home of the Pan family. Police are called with a bit of luck as Jennifer Pan was able to get to her phone with tied hands and describe the mayhem that is taking place in her parents living room.

With her mother murdered and father in critical condition, Jennifer is the only witness to the violent events that occured. Who would want to kill her parents? Why was Jennifer unharmed? Everything the police need lie in Jennifer’s lap.

Gadd recalls the beginning of his career in comedy and the events that lead up to his encountership with Martha Scott in seven episodes. The docuseries explores how sexual assault and stalking are treated by society and law enforcement.

Excerpts of the emails Gadd was sent are shown in this true crime docuseries. This lady is like Annie Wilkes level. Rest assured, I will be having nightmares tonight.
